As you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. In honor of your mothers, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, cousins,  friends, and you… FitKarma is making a donation to National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.  The National Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission is to save lives by increasing awareness of breast cancer through education and by providing mammograms for those in need.

Join me all month by being Pretty, Pink & Powerful!  Wear pink proudly and get creative for pictures with your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, church friends or even your four legged loved ones.  Post pictures on my Karma Nelson Fitness facebook page then tag you and your crew!  I will give away a P90X hat to the person who post the most pictures!  Come on, get creative & have fun!

This month is especially hard and emotional.  Just two weeks ago, I lost my dear cousin Jennifer Huie to Inflammatory Breast Cancer at the young age of 35.  I encourage everyone to get involved, wear pink, post pictures and bring awareness in a fun way.  Jen was such a fighter and I honor her today, this month and always!
