Step outside your house and it probably won’t be long till you see a super-thin model taunting you to lose that baby weight. Maybe beauty commercials have you convinced that your skin’s terrible and your hair isn’t luscious enough. Perhaps you look at your neighbor’s nice new car and feel terrible that you can’t have one of your own. We can’t set goals to please someone else. You must set a goal for you!
