✅ 50 Jumping Jacks in between each round.

Exercise:

Use a strength training band for resistance.

1- Step side to side.

2- Leg raise- front, each leg.

3- Leg raise- out to side, each leg.

4- Plank step out. In plan position, step each leg side to side.
