Healthy Sweet Potato Fries
Check out my favorite recipe for healthy sweet potato fries. It’s a healthy alternative to regular french fries and everyone in my family loves them. They are crispy and flavorful! Baking them in the oven brings out their inherent sweetness. The best part is you can make them in just 3 easy steps. Now that is something every busy Mom can appreciate! Enjoy!
Step 1: Wash sweet potatoes then slice into 1/4″ cube slices.
Step 2: Coat with EVOO, herb seasonings, salt & pepper. Toss well.
Step 3: Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Enjoy
