5 Flat Belly Smoothies

    There is nothing like a delicious, fresh, and healthy smoothie! Smoothies are one of my kiddos favorite after school snacks and they are so easy to make! My favorite it is to make one of my 5 flat belly smoothie recipes and have that for breakfast. They make me feel AMAZING and don’t make my belly bloated like other foods do.  These 5 flat belly smoothie recipes are packed with lots of good nutrients and things your body will love so it keeps you full for a long time.

1. Almond Butter Berry Smoothie
  • 3oz. Non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup water
2. Cucumber Ginger Smoothie
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1″ piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar(for the hardcore clean out)
  • 1 banana
  • hand full of ice
  • kale or spinach

3. Greenberry Banana Smoothie

4. Blueberry Chia Seed Smoothie
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1″ piece of ginger
  • half a lemon squeezed
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup kale or spinach
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

5.Vegan Chocolate Smoothie
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate shakeology
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup water
