It’s a TOTAL package with 7 different workouts that are 30 min each, a schedule of workouts, a customizable meal plan with portion control, containers to help know exactly what to eat PLUS 30 servings of our whole food shakeology to give you energy & double your results!!! Plus 1:1 coaching from me & support from my private group!

We will be using the 21 Day Fix Program. You will do the 30 minute workout from the comfort of your home, on your own schedule. However, I do suggest scheduling your workouts BEFORE the family wakes up and before life gets in the way of your goals!
