Although I have a passion for health and fitness, I have not always LOVED it! I am the “I work out so I can eat what I want” kind of girl…anyone else like this? After my babies were born and I battled depression (3 kinds under age 5), I didn’t realize how important nutrition really was. Sugar tastes good, but makes us crash and feel terrible later. Chips, pizza and junk food taste yummy, but the high-fat makes us bloated and sluggish. BOTH sugar and fat throw-off our system which adds to depression. It continues a downward spiral.
The only way I could get out of my depression funk was to do it naturally. Oh I know medications helped, I was on every kind, but the meds had terrible side effects that I did not like nor want to deal with, so I searched and searched for a way to handle it naturally! DETAILS: We will be using the 21 Day Fix Program or PiYo Program. You will do the 30 minute workout from the comfort of your home, on your own schedule. However, I do suggest scheduling your workouts BEFORE the family wakes up or before life gets in the way of your goals! Then you will have a specific meal plan to follow with portion control containers. If you commit to only eat what is on the detailed meal plan, you will drop a pant size and get in those sexy skinny jeans! Finally and the most important part to help you double your results, will be to replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology.
