This a TOTAL package with 8 different workouts that are 22 minutes each, a schedule of workouts, a customizable meal plan {with portion control containers available to know exactly what to eat} PLUS 30 servings of our whole food shakeology to give you energy & double your results!!! Plus 1:1 coaching from me & support from my private group!

We will be using the 22 Minute Hard Corps Program. You will do Tony Horton 22 Minute Bootcamp, which is only 22 minute bootcamp workouts  each day, from the comfort of your home, on your own schedule.  With Celebrity trainer, Tony Horton as YOUR personal trainer everyday. I do suggest scheduling your workouts BEFORE the family wakes up and before life gets in the way of your goals!

Knowing what to eat and how much to eat seems to be our BIGGEST struggle.  I absolutely LOVE the simple meal plan & portion control containers.  You will have a specific meal plan to follow with portion control containers. If you commit to only eat what is on the detailed meal plan, you will drop a pant size and get in those sexy skinny jeans!  This is NOT a starvation diet, it’s a ton of healthy, whole foods.

Finally and the most important part to help you double your results with Tony Horton 22 Minute Bootcamp, will be to replace one meal a day with Shakeology. This whole food nutrient dense shake provides you with 70 fruits & veggies all in one delicious and easy meal.  I drink mine for breakfast everyday because, in the business of life, it only take two minutes to make a healthy shakeology and start the day off right!
