Quick Bodyweight Cardio Workout

Even on Vacation you can get a quick workout using ONLY your body & mother nature.  No equipment workout means you will only be using your body weight!  Find a hill/ stairs/ driveway to increase your cardio resistance.  But I have even done this on a beach.  Yes vacations are meant for relaxing with the family, unwinding and taking it easy, but that’s no excuse to get lazy!  I suggest waking up each morning with a mindset of “I feel better when I get a quick workout!”  Then make it happen!  I hope this quick bodyweight workout gets you moving!

WORKOUT:

  • 10 Burpees, then run up a hill, driveway, stairs or whatever you choose to push yourself.
  • 9 Burpees, then run
  • 8 Burpees, then run
  • All the way to 1 Burpee, then run.
  • Walk back to catch your breath.
