Back to School Breakfast Ideas

We have all heard it before that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but how many of us actually take that seriously? I know I have definitely been guilty of this and if we are honest i think all of us have been at one point or another! haha However, I have learned over the past few years that it REALLY IS important! The days I have a good healthy breakfast I feel great all day and my body feels fueled and ready to go. On busy days when I had sugary cereal or even skipped breakfast my body was fighting me ALL day!

After realizing this about my own body I thought, “if my breakfast choices affects me like this how much more is it affecting my kids that are in school all day!” Having three growing and developing kiddo in school I knew I really needed to make some changes. By having healthy back to school breakfast ideas I knew I would be setting them up for success as they go to school each day.

Here are several Back to School Breakfast Ideas that are easy to make and healthy for our children! These are a great alternative to plain cereal that has less nutrients. 🙂
